    Q: Where does the Buckle Runner ship for Free? 

    A: Shipping is FREE to all 50 States, US Possessions & Military Address'.

     

    Q: What about Canada?

     A: Shipping to Canada is just 15% of the total Order.

         ie: A $100.oo order would cost $15.00US to Ship.

     

    Q: I don't see what I need, can you help?

    Q: How will My Order be shipped?

    A: How your order ships depends on the size of the package it will require. Packages that weigh less than 13oz ship via 1st Class Mail.

    Orders over 13oz that will fit in a USPS 9 x 12 Flat Rate Padded envelope ship via Priority Mail.

    Larger orders and those that include Spools or Jigs ship via USPS Priority. If you need your order expedited please give us a call BEFORE you place your order.

    Q: Will I get a tracking number?

    A: Yes, you will receive an email from Buckle Runner LLC the day your order is shipped containing your tracking number.

    Q: When will my Order Arrive?

    A: Your Order will generally leave our warehouse within 1 Business Day and arrive at your home/office within 3 - 5 Business Days from the date of your order.

    So... As a general rule, you will receive your order with-in 7-10 Business days. 

    It is often faster than that, but PLEASE plan on 10 days just to be safe and make sure you have what you need, when you need it.... If you get yourself in a spot, CALL the office, we can and do expedite orders. :) 1-608-563-0782

  • Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you purchased at www.BuckleRunner.com Please return it on your own for a refund or in store credit.

    If you return your order due to our negligence or defect we will be happy to correct the error and send a return label for you to ship back your defective or incorrect item(s). All other returns are subject to a return fee of $5.50. 

    When returning your item please include a copy of your invoice with a detailed reason for the return. If you do not have your invoice, please include a detailed description of the return with your full name, invoice number, and telephone number.
